When you click "Send Booking via WhatsApp", your booking details are sent through WhatsApp to our booking agents. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that transmission.
Booking records are stored in our secure database for operational purposes. We retain booking data for a period of 12 months after the travel date, after which it may be permanently deleted or anonymised.
