Terms of Service

By accessing or using the RN Lucky 7 Express seat booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our booking service.

• • Seat reservations are only confirmed after we acknowledge your WhatsApp booking message.
• • A seat displayed as "Available" on our system may be reserved by another passenger simultaneously. Final confirmation is given by our agent.
• • You must provide your correct full name, phone number, and pickup/drop location. Incorrect information may result in cancellation.
• • Bookings are non-transferable. The booked passenger must travel on the reserved seat.

• • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure by contacting us directly.
• • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for refunds.
• • Refund policies for special circumstances (emergencies) are handled on a case-by-case basis by our management.

• • Passengers must behave respectfully towards other passengers and staff at all times.
• • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and any illegal activity on board is strictly prohibited.
• • RN Lucky 7 Express reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is disruptive or poses a risk to other passengers.

RN Lucky 7 Express is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or government restrictions. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to passenger belongings during the journey. Travel at your own risk regarding personal valuables.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our booking service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
